As an Operator Driver you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining roads and highways, helping to keep traffic moving smoothly and making our roads a safer place.  You will have responsibility for operating one of the industry’s most advanced highway patching machines, using your skill and judgement on a daily basis to deliver a first-class service.

The nature of this vital work requires a high level of self-motivation and travel throughout the UK, so you will need to be prepared to stay away from home. Full training is provided; and our team of support staff are always available, but you will be working on your own for periods of time. You need to be confident in your ability and comfortable working independently. This job is perfect for a self-starter with a professional and friendly manner, who enjoys interacting with our customers and sometimes members of the public.
